This bill requires states to track and report fraudulent payments in the federal child care assistance program. States would have to send the federal government a yearly report breaking down how much money was lost to fraud, overpayments, underpayments, and other errors. If this passes, states must start categorizing and reporting bad payments in their child care programs each year.
